The wind chimes tinkled in the distance
And caught my attention as I
Turned from the window and sighed
My friend, the one that I loved
Had left me alone with my pain
Even now, a sadness washed over me
As I looked out on a new day
I brushed a tear away and suddenly saw

The same God who was near me in the
